A. Registration for renew ESET Smart Security

Please visit https://www.eset.hk/download/register/?lang=en and enter the renew serial number, old product serial number and related information for ESET NOD32 registration.

Please be remarked that you must input information with the column marked with * symbol. You will receive new username and password through the email address you provided within 15 minutes.

B. How to enter new username and password

1.  You can also open the window by clicking Product activation within the Setup section, the Update section or by clicking the status notification icon in the top right corner of the main product window or the ESET icon in the Windows notification area of the taskbar (system tray).

2. If you received a Username and Password, select the Activate using a Username and Password option and enter the license data in the appropriate fields.
